NEW ROMAN MISSAL

 

This Advent we will start using the New Roman Missal - a new translation of the Vatican II Mass.

MUSIC at our Parishes:

 

One thing that will be changing at the Mass is the music that we will sing and the fact that many of the responses will be chanted.

 

Deacon Arnold gave a presentation on the changes for the congregation.  Although the presentation was mainly for St. Bernard and the Mass setting we will use at St. Bernard, he also covered the basic chant responses which we will use at all five of our churches.  To listen to the presentation (edited to take out random conversation etc.) click the link below:
